2.Once you are done choosing the products you require, click on the “CART” Icon.
3.Click on “Checkout”. You will be required to select a delivery option and complete a delivery address.
HOW MANY PRODUCTS CAN I ORDER AT ONE TIME
There would not normally be any restriction. However, we may, at our discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per order. This is especially for products that may be on offer.

Placing an order online is fast, easy and secure.
You will receive a confirmation email once we have received your order.
CHANGES TO ORDERS
Once you have placed your order, it joins a queue for immediate processing and fast despatch. We are therefore unable to make any changes, additions or amendments to orders.

Any cheques we receive will be destroyed and we will ask you to choose an alternative payment method. This may result in delays in the processing of your order.

Card payments will only be accepted via our online shop.
Due to data protection, we will not take card payments over the telephone for security and privacy reasons.

For customers using currencies other than USD, the actual amount may differ from the sales price set on this website under various conditions depending on the services you use, such as exchange rates, payment timing, and taxes imposed in the area where you live. Please understand this in advance.
WHY HAS MY CREDIT CARD BEEN REJECTED
Credit card payment could have been rejected due to these reasons:

Secure code is not correct or not included.
Some credit cards ask for an additional secure code to be entered at the last step of payment confirmation.

PROMOTIONAL CODES AND GIFT VOUCHERS
If you are using a promotional code, please enter it in the promotional code box on the basket checkout page. The discount will be automatically calculated. Promotional codes are for one-time use only and may not be used in separate orders or applied to different products in the case of an exchange.
If you have a gift voucher, please enter the code in the box on the checkout page and it will automatically calculate your discount.
