Orders will usually be dispatched within two business days of confirmation. While we’ll do our best to process your order to the above timeframe, delays can be expected during high volume times following public holidays and online events.
All orders are shipped by Theblerfo.We will send you a shipment notification with tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped. Once you have received your shipment notification, you can track your order online with the supplied link.
Our shipping charges do not include any potential import taxes and duties to international locations. Customers are responsible for payment of such charges and Theblerfo cannot calculate these prior to delivery. To estimate duty & import taxes, you can use this calculator or contact your local customs department.

Placing your order
When your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Once your order has been marked as shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your order.
Only orders marked as “shipped” by the shipping carrier can be tracked
Please allow up to two working days for your order to be dispatched.
Can I make changes to my order
In our attempt to process and ship your order as fast as possible, in most cases orders cannot be changed or cancelled after they are placed.
How do I check the status of my order
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Do I have to pay customs and import fees
Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Theblerfo is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Can I change my delivery address
Unfortunately not. After you have placed the order we are not able to perform any changes as this is an automated flow. Parcels that are not collected will be resent back to us and we will initiate the refund.
PLEASE NOTE:
A signature maybe required on delivery. If you are unavailable, please nominate a secure delivery address where someone is available to sign. We cannot accept any liability for any delivery instructions which you give to the delivery company. If, for example, you ask the delivery company to leave your order in a different location to the one given at the time of your order (e.g. in a shed or garage, or with a neighbour), we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive the order.
