Returns and Refunds Policy

RETURNS

You asked for a return! Now returns are even easier, with a flat return fee for all France and selected international orders, shipping labels sent straight to your inbox, and faster return processing times.

1. Return Time Limit:

As always, you are welcome to return your theblerfo.com order within 30 days of delivery if it is brand new and with all original tags attached.

2. Product Condition Requirements: 

Full-priced items may be returned for a refund, exchange, or online store credit. If you purchased a full-priced item using a limited-time promotion or discount code, you may still be considered eligible for a refund. Any shipping charges are non-refundable.

Price-reduced items marked as “Sale” may be returned for a size or online store credit unless deemed defective.

Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged for store credit or exchange unless deemed defective.

Defective/damaged items must be assessed and approved by Theblerfo before they can be returned for a refund, credit, or exchange. Please contact us first to report any issues with your product.

Some online merchandise is not available for return. These items are noted on the product description page.

Items must not be worn or washed and returned within 30 DAYS from the purchase date with the price tags attached.
Swimwear and Undergarment Return Policy: Garment can only be returned in new condition, not worn or washed, with original tags attached and liner within 15 days of purchase.
All returned merchandise must be in original condition, unless it is defective.
Refunds of returned merchandise require proof of purchase: in store purchase receipt, shipping confirmation email sent to you, or packing slip you received with your shipment.
All credits for returns, or additional charges for exchanges, will be applied directly to the original form of payment.
Shipping charges are not refundable unless the merchandise is defective or the incorrect merchandise was sent.

HOW DO I SUBMIT A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

1. Start a return request: Click the “START YOUR RETURN” button above to start the return process.

2. Fill in the return information: Enter the order number of the item you wish to return and your email address. Follow the system prompts to complete the return request process step by step.

3. Prepare and ship the return package: Download and print the system-generated shipping label. Attach the printed shipping label to the package. Take the package to your local post office or designated courier point for shipping.

Please ensure that the product meets our return conditions before sending the package back to avoid the return request being unable to be processed due to product status issues. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please feel free to contact our customer service team.

 

DEFECTIVE GOODS

If the item you received is defective or damaged, please follow the steps below:

1. Notify us: Provide us with your order number and photos of the defective item within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Email this information to [email protected] so that our team can evaluate it.

2. Evaluation and processing: Our team will review your claim to confirm whether the product is defective.

If your item is confirmed to be defective, we will provide you with free return postage so that you can send the item back.

3. Refund or Exchange: Once our returns team receives the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange request as soon as possible. Once the processing is completed, we will notify you of the progress via email.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A REFUND?

Refund processing times are as follows:

1. Processing time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item and let you know if your refund request has been approved or denied.
If your refund request is approved, we will process your refund. The refund amount will be automatically refunded to your credit card or original payment method within 14 business days.

2. If you have not received your refund after more than 14 business days:

• Contact your credit card company: If your refund has not yet been credited, please contact your credit card company as it may take some time to be processed.

• Contact your bank: Next, please contact your bank to confirm the processing status of your refund.

• Contact customer service: If you have completed all the above steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected] and we will assist you further.

 

CAN I GET MY SHIPPING COSTS REFUNDED?

Generally, you will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred during the return process. Your shipping costs will only be refunded if you received a defective or incorrect item.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, we will refund you in full. We will not accept cancellation requests if the order has already been shipped.
