Job Responsibilities
1. Conduct market research and analyze target markets and consumer needs. Monitor competitors’ dynamics and understand market trends.
2. Develop brand promotion strategies to increase brand awareness and reputation.
3. Design and implement marketing activities, advertising and promotions.
4. Manage the company’s social media accounts, develop content strategies and publish relevant content. Use digital marketing tools for advertising and effect analysis.
5. Work with the sales team to develop sales support strategies and activities.
6. Develop and manage marketing budgets to ensure effective use of resources.
Skill Requirements
1. Have knowledge of marketing, brand management, consumer behavior, etc.
2. Able to analyze market data, sales data and marketing effects, and provide data-driven decision support.
3. Able to propose innovative marketing strategies and activities to attract the attention of target consumers.
4. Familiar with digital marketing techniques such as social media marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), etc.
5. Able to effectively plan, execute and track marketing projects.
Experience Requirements
1. Usually 1-3 years of work experience in marketing, brand management, advertising or related fields is required.
2. Experience in the apparel industry is preferred.
3. Bachelor degree or above in related majors.
